When does my order ship? When will it arrive?

Your order will ship within 1 business day. All orders over $50 ship free via UPS Ground from Santa Ana, California. You also have the option to upgrade to 2 day or overnight shipping.

What payment options do you accept? Is the website secure?

How do I know I need a new spiral corkscrew for my Wine Opener Deluxe or Unplugged Wine Opener?

Your wine opener spirals should last up to 1,000 opens, but various factors can decrease the spirals’ lifespan including synthetic corks, not removing the foil, wax tops, etc.

When your wine opener no longer easily opens wine, it is time to replace your spiral. Each individual wine opener includes instructions for replacing the spiral. If you have any further questions or lost your instructions, feel free to contact us.

I am interested in being a Stone Cask dealer – what are the requirements and who do I contact?

Inquiring and becoming a Stone Cask authorized dealer is simple. If you are a retailer, fill out the become a dealer form. If you are a restaurant or bar, fill out the restaurant distribution form. A Stone Cask representative will get back to you within 2 business days.

My product seems to be defective, what should I do?

For any warranty or product issues, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. Each Stone Cask product comes with its own warranty as well as a 30-day no questions asked money back guarantee.

How long does it take to process a warranty/return?

Once our warehouse receives your product, it will take up to 10 days to receive a refund and/or a new product.
